The Residence Cannes Francia consists of large Italian style houses in the heart of a Mediterranean style park, with a beautiful panoramic view over the Bay of Cannes, the Lerins islands and the red rocks of the Esterel mountains.

Onsite, guests will enjoy a private swimming pool overlooking the sea, a bar and restaurant opening onto the swimming pool terrace, two tennis courts, and seasonal children's clubs (fees apply). Other amenities for guests' convenience include coin operated laundry, dry cleaning service, a mini market, shuttle bus service, and fax and photocopy services. Pets are allowed for a fee of 7 Euros per pet, per night or 46 Euros per pet, per week and presentation of a rabies vaccination certificate.
