The Omni Charlotte allows pets to accompany guests of the hotel, however, guests must have a credit card and a non refundable cleaning fee of $50 will be required for the entire stay. Extreme or wild animals are not authorized (i.e. snakes, pit bulls, etc.) Guests will be asked to remove the pet from the hotel in the event of disturbing behavior. The pet must be placed in a carrier when housekeeping, minibar staff or engineering enters the room. Guests must also sign a financial document accepting full responsibility for any damage caused by the pet.
