A cleaning fee of $90 will be due at the time of check in. This is a one time charge for each reservation for both the two bedroom unit and the three bedroom unit.

Pets 25 lbs. and under are allowed with a $300 deposit, $100 is refundable less any damages.

All units are non smoking units. Smoking is allowed on patio areas only. If cigarette smoke is detected, you will be liable for all charges necessary to remove these odors.
