The Hotel Delta Berlin is a modern six floor hotel located in a side street in downtown Berlin, 500 metres from the contemporary architecture and shopping centres of Potsdamer Platz and two kilometres from the Kurfⁿrstendamm shopping boulevard.

All 50 guestrooms have smart simple dΘcor with mahogany wooden furniture, and are equipped with complimentary minibars, direct dial phones, W LAN for surcharge, radio and cable television. Guest of the hotel can enjoy relaxing with a drink in the bar or may choose to make use of the room service for some in room refreshment. Public areas are air conditioned and in these areas there are dial up Internet connections. A buffet breakfast is served to start the day (fee) and there are laundry facilities with a dry cleaning service available. Sightseers should make the five kilometre trip to the Alexanderplatz TV Tower's observation platform for spectacular views of the city, while art lovers will appreciate the New National Gallery just one kilometre away.

The hotel is approximately 11 kilometres (7 miles), or a 30 minute drive from Berlin Tegel Airport. Taxis are readily available outside the terminal.

An airport bus connects to the underground system, as does public bus no.109. 'Kurfurstenstrasse' is the underground station closest to the hotel.
