Guests must be 25 years or older to check in. Photo identification is required. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay. During Spring Break (March 20 to April 8) there must be one parent/legal guardian for every two persons under the age of 25. Reservations made by parents/legal guardians who do not check in, and parents leaving overnight is not allowed. A $50 non refundable damage deposit waiver will be collected at check in.

Cancellation penalties due to weather related issues are only waived in the event that the property is not accepting any additional reservations for the dates that the guest is already reserved for. In the event that the property is still operational, all cancellation penalties will apply.
