Villas Marlin is an oceanfront condominium complex located in the heart of the hotel zone, across the street from the largest mall in Cancun (Kukulcan Plaza) where you can find movies, bowling, restaurants and more than 100 shops. This resort does not allow Spring Break students without an accompanying parent from March 10 April 10. These nicely decorated units offer fully equipped kitchens, private balconies facing the ocean, a large dining area, and a large living room with cable TV. All units are air conditioned and have telephone, ceiling fans, in room safety deposit boxes, and mini bars.
