The Solymar Beach Resort is Cancun's premier condo resort, located on Cancun's most exclusive beachfront.

The resort is 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from downtown Cancun.

Onsite resort amenities include two large swimming pools, one pool bar and restaurant, tennis court, car rental agency, beauty salon, and water sports.

This resort does not allow spring break students without an accompanying parent who is 25 years and older from March 10 to April 10.

The Solymar Beach Resort offers spacious air conditioned rooms and kitchen studios. Each unit features a balcony, satellite color television with 17 channels, including complimentary movie channels, telephone, in room safe, and hair dryer. The kitchen studios offer a kitchenette complete with basic utensils and towels.

This resort requires a three night minimum stay, except for arrivals between 12/21/05 1/5/06, when a seven night minimum stay is required.
