This property has a three night minimum stay requirement for all stays between 4/22 12/20, and a five night minimum stay requirement for all stays between 12/20 1 /31 and 3/1 4/21. For the month of February there is a seven night minimum stay requirement. No children under the age of 16 years are permitted except during the Christmas/New Year holiday period (12/21/02 1/3/03).
