The resort is within five miles of exciting South Beach and the shops of Bal Harbour and Ocean Drive, eight miles from downtown Miami and 15 miles from the Miami International Airport.

The Deauville Beach Resort boasts the world class Arturo Sandoval Jazz Club, featuring a savory Latin fusion menu and 40 person bar comprised of one continuous slab of onyx in hues of coffee and green. The hotel's Café De La Mer serves fresh seafood daily, and the poolside tiki bar provides specialty cocktails and edibles. Cabanas and non motorized water toy rentals are available on the 700 foot stretch of beach, just steps from the hotel's oceanfront pool and spa tub.

The hotel features a shopping promenade with a day spa and salon, business center, gift and flower shops, a jewelry store and car rental agency.

Guestrooms at the Deauville Beach Resort offer contemporary furnishings in cool shades of beige and pale blue with sizable windows framing views of the ocean, Biscayne Bay or city lights of Miami. Rooms also feature designer toiletries, in room safes, refrigerators and coffeemakers.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to its public areas and guestrooms. The estimated completion date is December 30, 2006. These dates are subject to change.
