This property has a seven night minimum stay requirement for arrivals between 12/15/03 1/7/04. A four night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 1/8/04 4/15/04. A two night minimum is required for arrivals between 4/16/04 12/14/04. Superior and garden view rooms are based on double occupancy, third person pays $29.00 per night from 12/15/03 4/15/04 and $23.00 per night from 4/16/04 12/14/04, at check in. The garden view and studio rooms are adjacent to the pool and Jacuzzi and offer spacious living. These units feature a private balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator and ceiling fan. The studio units include a mini kitchen as well as all of the amenities of the rooms. Additional comforts include cable television, telephones and in room safes. Please note that the Superior rooms are located beachside, while the garden view studio and garden view rooms are located across the street from the beach.

The temporary office is located in the "Almond" villa (adjacent to the office) and is open from 8 AM 7 PM.
