The stylish, Jolly Hotel Vivaldi is located at Friedrichstrasse train station, 100 metres from Berlin's busiest boulevard, Unter den Linden, and within a kilometre of the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate.

The nearest airport is Berlin Tegel (TXL) 12 kilometres away, around 25 minutes by car.

The design of the lobby is based on water, stone and fire: there is a small pool with running water, a gas fireplace, and a stone floor. There are also plants and cacti in oversize maroon pots, and a heavy stone and wood divider which separates the reception area from the lobby. The Vivaldi has five naturally lit conference rooms, the largest two of which can accommodate up to 100 people; a range of complimentary services and modern equipment is provided for events.

The smart Vivaldi restaurant in the lobby serves Italian dishes made with produce and ingredients delivered directly from Italy while La Matta is a leafy atrium courtyard serving buffet breakfasts daily.

The hotel's wellness area is located one level below the lobby and comprises a Finnish sauna, cold plunge bath, solarium, and relaxation area. There is also a fitness room with cardio and weights machines.

The Jolly Hotel Vivaldi has 254 guestrooms and suites over eight floors.

The contemporary, air conditioned guestrooms are characterised by natural tones of terracotta and ochre, and wooden headboards one metre high. Furnishings include armchairs, desk chairs and stone topped wooden desks, and all rooms come equipped with laptop sized safes, minibars, satellite television, and wireless Internet (surcharge). Tiled bathrooms have granite surfaces, heated towel racks, makeup mirrors, hair dryers, telephones, and complimentary toiletries.

The oldest part of Berlin, Nikolaiviertal, lies 1.5 kilometres from the hotel. Here guests can wander the atmospheric cobbled streets, and visit the 13th century Nikolai Church, the Knoblauch Haus Museum, and the excellent Brauhaus GeorgbrΣu near the statue of St George slaying the dragon.
