The Swiss Inn, which proclaims itself the smallest hotel in downtown Washington D.C., is located four blocks west of the Washington Convention Center. The inn is three quarters of one mile from the White House, and approximately one mile from the National Mall, which includes the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, and the Korean War and Vietnam Veterans Memorials.This European style inn, family owned and operated since 1983, is housed in a four story brownstone. Laundry facilities are provided on site. The inn is smoke free and family friendly. Complimentary street parking is available on the weekends, and parking garages are available nearby during the week for a fee.

Pets are not allowed at this property.The Swiss Inn offers eight guestrooms, with two guestrooms located on each floor. All accommodations feature kitchenettes with microwave ovens, refrigerators and coffeemakers. Units are stocked with complimentary tea and coffee.
