This resort has various minimum stay requirements throughout the year:

A two night minimum stay is required between 4/21/03 12/18/03 and 4/16/04 11/20/04.

A three night minimum stay is required between 12/19/03 12/24/03, 1/5/04 2/5/04 and 3/19/04 4/15/04.

A seven night minimum stay is required between 12/25/03 1/04/04.

A four night minimum stay is required between 2/6/04 2/12/04 and 2/20/04 3/18/04.

A five night minimum stay is required between 2/13/04 2/19/04.

One of the occupants must be 25 years of age to check in.

Canadian residents must pay a 7% GST tax at the time of check in.
