Avenue Jean Medecin with its huge stores, and the shopping center Nice Etoile are just 3 minutes away on foot. There is a car park 20 meters away from the hotel. The main square, Place Massena is 2 minutes away walking. You really are in the heart of everything. The Greeks built their settlement on the hills above the bay, and 300 years later the Romans settled here. The modern city stands on the same spot and has spread down to the flat land along the sea. Sheltered to the east and west by substantial promontories, and with the Maritime Alps to the north, Nice has its own microclimate, with mild winters and perfect summers.
