Bus number 73 runs every 10 minutes and connects the airport with the Milan underground at San Babila Station.

There is also a shuttle bus to Milan Malpensa Airport on the other side of the city.

There is also an airport coach service that runs every 20 minutes to the Air Terminal at Milan Central Station.
