The Georges Beach Studios is a low rise, whitewashed complex set ten metres from Kamari's black sandy beach, and nine kilometres from the town of Fira. The studios have rustic dΘcor, with terracotta tiled floors and white walls. All feature air conditioning, direct dial phones, hair dryers, safes, kitchenettes, refrigerators and televisions. The complex's shady terrace is lined with trees and flowers and offers respite from the heat of the sun.

The studios are set next to restaurants, shops and mini markets, all less than 10 metres away. Less than seven kilometres away, boat excursions run to the volcanic craters and the island of Thirassφa. The hotel is eight kilometres from the archeological excavations at Akrotφri, where an ancient Minoan city is being unearthed.
