The Delta Sharm Resort is a large white resort complex overlooking the Red Sea, located in the port of Sharm El Sheikh and set on a private sandy beach.
The 600 air conditioned guestrooms, over two floors, have light, modern decor, patterned fabrics, stone tiled floors and light wood furnishings. Day trips can be organized to a number of attractions; these include Mount Sinai, where the Moses is said to have procured the Ten Commandments, and the beach resort of Dhahab, further up the Sinai coast, both 150 kilometres from the hotel.
Sharm El Sheikh International Airport is 10 kilometres (six miles) from the hotel, a 20 minute drive.
