DHTML Events
Fires to indicate that the current row has changed and new data values are available on the object.

The onrowenter event only fires on databound objects. This event applies only to objects that identify themselves as data providers.
While event handlers in the Document Object Model do not receive parameters directly, the handler can query the event object for data.
