System.Data Namespace
Represents the method that will handle the StateChange event.
[ VB ]
Public Delegate Sub StateChangeEventHandler ( _
ByVal sender As Object, _
ByVal e As StateChangeEventArgs _
)
[ C# ]
Public delegate void StateChangeEventHandler (
object sender,
StateChangeEventArgs e
);
[ C++ ]
Public __gc __delegate void StateChangeEventHandler (
Object* sender,
StateChangeEventArgs* e
);
In [ JScript ], you can use the delegates in the .NET Framework, but you cannot define your own.
The declaration of your event handler must have the same parameters as the StateChangeEventHandler delegate declaration.
- sender
- The source of the event.
- e
- The StateChangeEventArgs that contains the event data.
When you create a StateChangeEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate.
For more information about event handler delegates, see Web Forms Events and Handlers.
