System.Data.OleDb Namespace
Represents the method that will handle the InfoMessage event of an OleDbConnection.
[ VB ]
Public Delegate Sub OleDbInfoMessageEventHandler ( _
ByVal sender As Object, _
ByVal e As OleDbInfoMessageEventArgs _
)
[ C# ]
public delegate void OleDbInfoMessageEventHandler (
object sender,
OleDbInfoMessageEventArgs e
);
[ C++ ]
public __gc __delegate void OleDbInfoMessageEventHandler (
Object* sender,
OleDbInfoMessageEventArgs* e
);
In [ JScript ], you can use the delegates in the .NET Framework, but you cannot define your own.
The declaration of your event handler must have the same parameters as the OleDbInfoMessageEventHandler delegate declaration.
- sender
- The source of the event.
- e
- A OleDbInfoMessageEventArgs object that contains the event data.
When you create an OleDbInfoMessageEventArgs delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate.
For more information about event handler delegates, see Web Forms Events and Handlers.
