Copies the characters in the given String to a Unicode character array.

1. Copies the characters in the given String to a Unicode character array.

[ VB ] Overloads Public Function ToCharArray ( ) As Char ( )

[ C# ] public char [ ] ToCharArray ( );

[ C++ ] public: __wchar_t ToCharArray ( ) __gc [ ];

[ JScript ] public function ToCharArray ( ) : Char [ ];

2. Copies the characters in a specified substring in the given String to a Unicode character array.
