A string that specifies the tag name of the control.

Use this constructor to create and initialize a new instance of the HtmlContainerControl class using the specified tag name.

NOTE: This class is not instantiated directly. This constructor is called from the constructor of other HTML control classes to initialize properties defined in this class.

This constructor sets the initial TagName property value to the given tag argument. If this is an empty string, the initial TagName property value is set to span.
