Returns a value that indicates whether items in a ListItemCollection can be modified.

Script	[ boolean variable = ] ListItemCollection.IsReadOnly

This property returns only a boolean value: true if the collection is read-only; otherwise, false. Default value is false.

This property always returns false to indicate that the ListItemCollection can be written to in all cases.
