Gets an application-level resource.

Name	Description
TemplateControl.GetGlobalResourceObject ( String, String )	Gets an application-level resource object based on the specified ClassKey and ResourceKey properties.
TemplateControl.GetGlobalResourceObject ( String, String, CultureInfo )	Gets an application-level resource object based on the specified ClassKey and ResourceKey properties, object type, and property name of the resource.
