System.Web.UI.WebControls Namespace
Represents the method that will handle the Command event of a button control.
[ VB ]
Public Delegate Sub CommandEventHandler ( _
ByVal src As Object, _
ByVal e As CommandEventArgs _
)
[ C# ]
public delegate void CommandEventHandler (
object src,
CommandEventArgs e
);
[ C++ ]
public __gc __delegate void CommandEventHandler (
Object* src,
CommandEventArgs* e
);
In [ JScript ], you can use the delegates in the .NET Framework, but you cannot define your own.
The declaration of your event handler must have the same parameters as the declaration for the CommandEventHandler delegate.
- src
- The source of the event.
- e
- A CommandEventArgs object that contains the event data.
When you create a CommandEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate.
