The following example demonstrates how to use the CopyTo method to copy the contents of the DataGridItemCollection to an array of DataGridItem objects.
void copyTo ( Object src, EventArgs e ) {
DataGridItem [ ] myArray = new DataGridItem [ myGrid.Items.Count ];
myGrid.Items.CopyTo ( myArray, 0 );
// Display the text for the first cell of each item in the array
foreach ( DataGridItem item in myArray ) {
myLabel.Text += item.Cells [ 0 ].Text + "<br>";
}
}
Sub copyTo ( src As Object, e As EventArgs )
Dim myArray ( 3 ) As DataGridItem
myGrid.Items.CopyTo ( myArray, 0 )
' Display the text for the first cell of each item in the array
Dim item As DataGridItem
For Each item In myArray
myLabel.Text &= item.Cells [ 0 ].Text & "<br>"
Next item
