System.Web.UI.WebControls Namespace
Represents the method that will handle the VisibleMonthChanged event of a Calendar.
[ VB ]
Public Delegate Sub MonthChangedEventHandler ( _
ByVal src As Object, _
ByVal e As MonthChangedEventArgs _
)
[ C# ]
public delegate void MonthChangedEventHandler (
object src,
MonthChangedEventArgs e
);
[ C++ ]
public __gc __delegate void MonthChangedEventHandler (
Object* src,
MonthChangedEventArgs* e
);
In [ JScript ], you can use the delegates in the .NET Framework, but you cannot define your own.
The declaration of your event handler must have the same parameters as the declaration for the MonthChangedEventHandler delegate.
- src
- The source of the event.
- e
- A MonthChangedEventArgs object that contains the event data.
When you create a MonthChangedEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate.
For more information about handling events, see Web Forms Events Model.
The following example demonstrates how to specify and code a handler for the VisibleMonthChanged event to determine, and display in a Label, whether the Calendar has moved forward or backward one month.
