System.Globalization Namespace NumberFormatInfo Class
Sets or retrieves the string to use as the decimal separator in percent values.
[ VB ] public Property PercentDecimalSeparator As String [ C# ] public string PercentDecimalSeparator {get; set;} [ C++ ] public: __property String* get_PercentDecimalSeparator ( ); public: __property void set_PercentDecimalSeparator ( String* ); [ JScript ] function get PercentDecimalSeparator ( ) : String; public function set PercentDecimalSeparator ( String );
The string to use as the decimal separator in percent values. The default for InvariantInfo is ".".
If any of the group separators ( NumberGroupSeparator, CurrencyGroupSeparator, or PercentGroupSeparator ) is the same as any of the decimal separators ( NumberDecimalSeparator, CurrencyDecimalSeparator, or PercentDecimalSeparator ), parsing ambiguous strings produces unpredictable results. If you explicitly set any of the group separator properties in NumberFormatInfo to a value that is the same as any of the decimal separators or if you explicitly set any of the decimal separators to a value that is the same as any of the group separators, ArgumentException is thrown.
