DHTML Events
Fires on the target object when the mouse moves out of a valid drop target during a drag operation.

Drag the selection over a valid drop target, then move that selection out again without dropping it. |

Calls the associated event handler. |
While event handlers in the Document Object Model do not receive parameters directly, the handler can query the event object for data.
